杜仲叶提取物对凡纳滨对虾生长、免疫酶活性及肝胰腺组织的影响

摘要:【目的】明确杜仲(Eucommiaulmoides)叶提取物在凡纳滨对虾(Litopenaeusvannamei)饵料中的适宜添加量,为研发高效、无污染、无残留的对虾饵料配方提供参考依据。【方法】以凡纳滨对虾专用饵料为基础饵料,分别添加

0.1、0.2、0.3、0.5和0.7g/kg的杜仲叶提取物,进行为期6周的养殖试验,探究饵料中梯度添加杜仲叶提取物对凡纳滨对虾生长性能、免疫相关酶活性及肝胰腺组织结构的影响。【结果】综合凡纳滨对虾的增重率、存活率和肥满度3个指标可知,添加0.3g/kg杜仲叶提取物可有效改善凡纳滨对虾的生长性能和个体存活率,同时降低凡纳滨对虾的饵料系数;随杜仲叶提取物添加量的增加,凡纳滨对虾的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶

(GSH-Px)和酚氧化酶(PO)活性整体上呈先升高后降低的变化趋势,而丙二醛(MDA)水平的变化恰好相反,综合各项指标也是以0.3g/kg添加量的效果最佳;梯度添加杜仲叶提取物对凡纳滨对虾肝胰腺无明显影响,仍保持完整的细胞结构,但其B细胞数量明显增多。【结论】饵料中添加杜仲叶提取物能有效提高凡纳滨对虾的生长性能和免疫酶活性,并增加肝胰腺中具分泌功能的消化酶细胞,具有替代抗生素的潜能,实际生产中的最适添加量为0.3 g/kg。

and0.7g/kgwereaddedtotheL.vannameidietsrespectively,andwerefedforsixweeks.Theeffectsofaddinggradient

E. ulmoidesextract in the diets on growth performance,immune-related enzymes activities and hepatopancreas structure ofP.vannameiwere studied.【Result】According to the three indexes of weight gainrate,survivalrate and fatness ofP.vannamei,adding0.3 g/kg extract ofE. ulmoidesleaves could effectively improve the growth performance and individual survival rate ofP.vannamei,andreduce the feed coefficient and liver-body ratio. With the increase of the gradient ofE. ul- moidesleavesextract,theactivities of superoxidedismutase(SOD),catalase(CAT),glutathioneperoxidase(GSH-Px)andphenoloxidase(PO)ofP.vannameiincreasedfirstlyandthendecreased,butthemalonaldehyde(MDA)levelchangedon thecontrary. Theindexespresentedthebestperformancewhenadding0.3g/kgextract.【Conclusion】E.ulmoidesleafex- tract adding to the diet can effectively improve the growth performance and immune enzyme activity ofP.vannamei,andincrease the digestive enzyme cells with secreting function in hepatopancreas. It has the potential to replace antibiotics. The optimum dosage ofE. ulmoides extract in the actual production is 0.3g/kg.
